I like what you're getting at by saying to use safer methods. I don't know why, but creatine was huge when I was a teen, yet seems to have went the wayside these days since the prohormone craze of the early 2000s. Creatine works! And as far as legal supplements, it's one of the only (if not the only) that I use and will spend my money on. Its safe and works amazingly. In young men with high natural testosterone levels, cycling creatine with a high protein diet and a mass building program can give results just as good as any steroid cycle. Plus, it is a way for them to learn how to properly cycle when the time comes. Often times young men waste steroids due to not understanding what their own body responds well to as far as weight training and diet. With age and years of practice (in the gym), once they decide to use anabolics, they will have astounding results!
