I've been eating a very clean and bland diet (lots of grilled chicken, white rice, broccoli, and occasional grilled pork) for the past 4 weeks since increasing my trt dose to 500mg a week. Well today i was away from the house, didn't prepare a to go meal so i stopped at Wendy's and grabbed s greasy burger and salty fries. Immediately felt bad but went on to the gym later. My workout was complete trash. I didn't even do 1/2 of my regular routine. I know nutrition is a big part of this but man, i found out just how much junk effects the body's ability to preform. Junk in, junk out
