Is my routine good?
As a main source of protein, i use eggs - 10 eggs daily, whites only.
As a main source of carbohydrates, i use rice.
I train like this - 1 day full body workout, 1 day rest..............
My question is do i eat enough eggs? And what do you think about mass gainers? Can mass gainer have the same results as the real meal? Sometimes i feel bloated because of the food.
