Deca for injury rehab

I'm 30 years old. I'm an athlete I've been training for more than 10 years. I dislocated my elbow while training for the competition. I did a lot of research and it appears that Deca might help in this situation. My main goal is the recovery from an injury. I can not afford to gain too much weight, it would interfere with my sport. So the dosages that I will be using are considerably smaller than the bodybuilders seem to use.

thats the plan

1. Test C 300mg Weeks 1-12
2. Deca 200mg Weeks 1-10

I plan on running Aromasin along the way. I will have Dostinex on hand for prolactin sides. I will be using Clomid in my PCT.

Here comes the questions. What should the dosages be for Aromasin while on cycle? I was thinking 12.5mg eod, as my cycle is pretty mild compared to other people. Also, should I be running it all the way through pct? I also read that Nolvadex does not go along well with Deca, will Clomid be enough and what dosages do you suggest? Should I also be getting HCG or am I overthinking staff?

10 weeks for medicinal help with deca is not long enough. Nor is it enough deca, imho. I'd up them both to 400, run the deca at least 12-14 weeks with test a couple weeks longer. I don't run aromasin but that dose looks fine. I'd simply run the caber at .25 x 2, err on the side of caution here. Adding in low dose GH at about 2 iu's per day would be a help as well.

Nolva's fine with deca. That's internet BS.
HCG's always a plus, assuming you value your testicals.

All that said, if this is your first time running AAS then I would not run anything. Go to rehab, it'll heal up quickly.

Ditto.
Even more so- if you have never used aas before, dont start jumping on deca outta the gate. First off your dosages wont help you. Second, if you screw it up you can expect some ED issues for the foreseeable future.

Like Kel said, if you havent cycled before, stick to rehab. If you want to go a little above and beyond, toss in some low dose hgh at 2 or 3 iu's a day- it will help with the healing a shit ton more than deca will.

I dislocated my elbow last August and had other sports related injuries such as knee issues.

Went through rehab, custom braces, cortisone shots and everything my sports medicine doctor recommended.

I'm currently on The Beginner's cycle my elbow has never felt better as well as other previous injuries.

Definitely considering adding Deca into my second cycle. That's just my personal experience.

thanks for a reply. I will deffinately look into gh. I can extend the cycle to 14 weeks, but I'm afraid that with deca and test at 400 I'll end up gaining too much weight. I actually read all over internet that deca is administered at lower doses for joint relief, but I guess its different in real world.

Deca is detectable up to one year, don't know if this is something you need to worry about.

It is one of the worse compounds for 1st cycle, it's very slow to act and to recover. Only really recommend it if you are already in TRT, or if you have no concern about having non working testicles.

All steroids will give you weight gains, but the amount of gains is diet related.

I don't get tested so its not a problem. I'll probably end up doing test only cycle and add deca for my following cycles if my elbow is not fully healed by that time.

Why isn't physio / rehab an option for you? My L1-L4 in my back is messed up from a massive car accident but I took every step possible that wasn't drug-induced before going to HGh, which included physio, massage, dry needling, yoga, and meditation.

Pharmaceuticals should be your last resort, my $0.02

Yeah you are right. Thats what I'm doing at the moment. I just want to recover as fast as possible so I can start making money again. So I'm looking into other options.
