Can you cut if you can’t lift?

Wanting opinions on if you should cut if you can’t lift and only cardio? I can’t lift due to arm injury and only able to do cardio. I’m able to maintain weight while not lifting and plan on going back on a bulk when I’m able to. So wondering if it would be better to cut down a little and have a little more room to bulk when I’m able, or would I probably lose more muscle that way. Or just continue maintaining weight. I’m cruising right now on hrt 1ml test 6iu gh pharmgrade. I would increase test and add ephedra if i cut to save as much muscle as possible. Please reply thanks

Yes intermittent fasting + cardio. You will shed fast.

Sure, cutting just requires a caloric deficit. You can workout and create it or you can eat less.

But keep in mind that if you're not stimulating your muscles with some kind of resistance training hen they're more likely to atrophy along with the fat loss. It would become become more "weight loss" vs "fat loss". Id that's my opinion based on past experiences where I couldn't lift and I always lost muscle...just the way it is.

If your diet is on point you can def lose fat with losing minimal muscle.
