I'll second Kel's recommendation on the DMSO gel. I make a point to never run out since I started using it. The tennis elbow brace also makes a huge difference. If you find that you are still being hindered by your injury, do a YouTube on "flossing the elbow" and a Google on Voodoo floss. It has helped me a lot. It may leave a small amount of bruising from the compression material, but is a fairly quick process and well worth it ,IMHO.
