most of you guys know I'm a steroid "guru". but I'm also a diet coach and am a fan of cooking and I follow pro bodybuilders but also follow culinary pros on my youtube (like Gordon Ramsey). I've got 6 people in my family to feed daily . I "meal prep" for everyone. I spend a lot of time cooking.

I've noticed over the years that a lot of you guys have no clue what the fuk your doing in the kitchen and have no clue how to cook or meal prep. so I'm going to help you all out.. whats to follow is some family friendly and body building friendly meals and recipes for you guys.

ok so lets start with TUNA CASSEROLE -- high carb high protein and easy to make and stores as a leftover for days

1 package of bow tie noodles
1/2 cup of chopped celery
3 cans tuna
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of peas (optional)
1 cup of crushed fine bread crumbs
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup milk


start out by boiling your noodles. be sure NOT to overcook them boiling because they still will need to finish cooking in the oven.
while the noodles are boiling, start a pot on the stove and put in your butter and your celery. as the celery starts to soften then go ahead and add in your cream of mushroom soup. bring to a high temp, but do not over boil. then add in your milk (also salt , garlic, black pepper and any other seasoning you like). then put your tuna in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper and lemon pepper. then add your tuna to the pot.

now pre heat your oven to 400. strain your noodles and put them in a casserole pan (spray the pan with olive oil). then add your cheese and peas in and mix it up. then pour your pot of soup and tuna over the noodles. mix it up. then top it off with the bread crumbs and more cheese on top.
then bake for 25 mins , or until your casserole is a bit more solid and not so liquid.

Clam Chowder - super calorie dense and high fat. its one of those meals that actually gets better tasting as a left over (so its great for meal prep)

3 cans of clams
12 oz of scallops
1/2 gallon whole creamer or full fat milk
1 stick butter
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onions
1 cup diced spinach
5 potatoes (cut)
2 carrots (cut)
chicken broth
1/2 cup flour


throw your scallops and clams (with the clam juice) onto the stove top at medium heat. with butter. add seasoning.
throw all your veggies and potatoes onto another pan with butter and chicken broth. this needs to be liquidy and you'll bring to a light boil until potatoes are soft. then mix the two pans together.
in a large pot add butter and your creamer (or whole milk) and bring to medium heat. add salt, garlic, black pepper, etc.. just before boiling add in your clams, scallops, veggies mixture. then stir in your flour. put a lid on and let simmer/cook for 25 mins.

tired of rice ? how about a giant bowl of potato salad in the fridge always ready to go. super cool and refreshing carb source especially in the summer

6 potatoes
5 hard boiled eggs
5 strips bacon
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
mayonaise
honey mustard dressing
chicken broth
butter

chop up your potatoes to bite size chunks. boil in water until softened.
cook your bacon in an air fryer if possible so its dry and crispy. chop up into little small flakes/chunks
lightly boil all your veggies in chicken broth and butter until the celery is soft
drain everything and then throw it all into a big bowl. then chop up your hard boil eggs and add them. then add mayonnaise and honey mustard dressing (or regular mustard too) to make it creamy. stir it up . let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins

butter is nutrient dense. thats why I use it for cooking and adding flavor.. its high in vitamin k, vitamin e, vitamin a, vitamin b12, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, phosphorus.. its also high in saturated fat, which is often demonized, but saturated fat is essential for life and cardiovascular health.

whole chicken meal

the beauty of this meal is that its super cheap and easy for the amount of calories/macros you get. and its easy to prepare

so your going to buy a whole chicken. which is generally like 6-8$ is all. your going to need a crock pot. the benefit here is the slow cooking process makes the taste awesome, but also you can prepare it and leave it for hours on end. you've got multiple meals in the crock pot warm and ready to go

1 whole chicken
6 potatoes
5 carrots
2 cups celery
1/2 cup onions
half stick butter
chicken stock/broth


peel and dice your potatoes and put in the crock pot. chop your carrots and add them on top of the potatoes. add your celery and onions. add a cup or more of chicken broth. add salt, black pepper, garlic etc.. then put your whole chicken on top of it all. add your butter and spice your chicken.
put crock pot on high heat and then just forget about it for hours. later in the day it will all be done and ready to go

Ive never liked the stuff. Even as a kid i had toast without butter, jacket potatoes without butter.
There’s one chef at work that likes to ruin the mixed veg by cooking In butter..


And I’m no fool when it comes to nutrition. Fats for the win! The amount of olive/coconut oil and PB I consume, Mmmmmm Yh I love my sat fats too.

Olive oil can be cut with vegetable oils and still be sold as "olive oil". So it could be 40% olive oil 30% grape seed oil and 30% sunflower oil for example.

There's associates similar to USDA Organic that test oils . Was a big scam and outcry back in 2014-2016 when companies got caught.

If I remember correctly the statistic was less than 5% of olive oils tested at 100% purity.

Outside of mom and pop shops the best choice is Kirkland Signature in the dark glass bottles.

well if you know me well enough you know I like my AAS stacks with multiple ingredients

the problem with peanut butter is all you really need is a jar of jiffy and a spoon for ingredients

however, taking nature valley gronala bars , crushing them up in a bowl, adding peanut butter and some honey and stirring it all up into an all natural grainy goo and eating it however you want sounds like a good idea to me (add vanilla ice cream to the mixture and just a dash of hot fudge or chocolate syrup if your feeling feisty)

Banana
Low fat vanilla ice cream.

Blend and enjoy. Really good stuff. I'll have that and a bagel with cream cheese and honey post workout. It's a meal.

I cook over 12 lbs per week of chicken. I buy it at BJs. 15% water added, trimming off fat, you only get about 55% of what you started with after cooking

My wife and I both eat it as our main protein source. My kids eat the hell out of it too!

alright lets get back to some real food recipes

stuffed peppers

6 large whole bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
20oz ground beef
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
diced onions
diced spinach
3 cups cooked white rice (figuring you guys know how to make your rice, but maybe in another post I'll give some tips)


ok ,,, so you can easily go with the cheaper 80/20 ground beef. heres how to cook it so its lean. put it in a pan on the stove top, do NOT put seasoning on yet, at high heat. once the fat starts boiling out of the meat take the whole pan of meat and dump it in to spaghetti strainer or collinder. spray water on the meat in the sink and strain the fat out of the collinder. return meat to pan and begin cooking at medium heat . season with salt, black pepper and garlic.
make sure to NOT over cook your ground beef in the pan at this point, as its still going to need to finish cooking in the oven with the peppers

so prep your large bell peppers. basically treat them as a halloween pumpkin. cut a hole in the top. clean the inside out and rinse.
then fill each pepper with ground beef, cheese, and your diced onion and spinach.
oven should be pre heated to like 400 degrees. then cook your stuffed peppers for about 35 minutes. then serve on a bed of rice


mexican flavor -
same recipe as above but with these changes.

add taco seasoning to your ground beef.
use cheddar or blended yellow cheese in place of mozzarella
add a spoon full of salsa to each stuffed pepper
prepare Mexican rice instead of plain white rice (I can tell you how to make Mexican rice with regular white rice)
make guacamole as a side dish (I can tell you how to make)



^ boom . theres your stuffed peppers. has all the macros you need plus super good on flavor . also easy to meal prep because a whole stuff pepper is easy to store and move around
