    arnolds routine is in no way meant for natural athletes.

    A lot of 60's-70's bb'ers trained each bodypart 3 times a week: Arnold, Drapper, and Big Lou are some that I know of.

    Drapper writes about this on his website. He thinks they were able to recover from their insane workouts in part because of their high fat diets. I'm sure the roids helped too. :P
