First TRT Cycle DOES THIS LOOK OK?

I'm about to place an order for my first testosterone cycle. Everything is based on the sticky thread on this forum titled "my first cycle". If anyone can confirm the screen grab I took, let me know if i'm missing something or overdoing? Did some math figured the first run requires 6000mg of test, 6000iu hcg, and 1 pack of 50 Arimidex pills (based on the 1/4 of a pill every other day method, each pill is 1mg, the thread mentioned 0.25mg every other day). Thoughts, advise, noob trolling, all welcome.

Looks good, but for a first cycle I would run the test at 400mg a week, 200mg 2x a week, better yet 100mg 4x a week. I would run it 10 weeks and have a plan for PCT in place and in possession before starting. Run the Arimidex as needed, 0.25mg EOD sounds like a good start.

Definitely go ahead and pick up some clomid and nolvadex if you don't have them on hand already.

You will need about 7000iu hcg if you use it in the two weeks leading up to pct (but not in pct). You have that covered with the total of 10,000, I'm just being a bit of a math wonk.

That "steroid" site looks familiar and if it is the one I think it is, it is not "iffy" at all. In other words, if it is the one I think, you should be gtg.

I did have some Eurigil that failed the pregnancy test, but that was almost certainly the way the seller stored it. It was not the same site I'm referring to above.

Run the Arimidex as needed, 0.25mg EOD sounds like a good start.

.25mg arimidex e3-4d may be a better starting point, potentially overdosing on AI may unnecessarily hurt your joints/mood/mojo.

TRT cycle? If you're doing a cycle, then it's not TRT. One thing I would suggest to you is buy more than what you need for the cycle. The amount of test oil in those vials can vary a lot and even if they're right, you're not going to necessarily get every single drop out of the vial and out of the syringe. Plus there are fvuk ups that happen.

It's always better to have more than what you need and save it for next cycle than to be scrambling because you don't have enough.

As far as arimidex goes, I'd keep it on hand, but you might not actually need to use it. Some guys are very sensitive to estrogen sides and need to be on top of it. Others can tolerate it well and can run a little "hot." That plus how often you inject yourself will have a role in how well you can tolerate it. Point is have it just in case.

And make sure yo have your PCT is order and on hand BEFORE you take your first shot.

If this is your first run its best to pull bloods at 4 weeks and see where ur E2 sits and then adjust your adex dose and check again at week 8. The .25 mg twice aweek is general starting point. I use that on my trt protocol at 200 mg per week we are all different some guys dont need any ai at 500 per week

Because hcg is ultimately suppressive to the HPTA. This is the opposite of what you want in PCT.

Appreciate the feedback. I'm not sure exactly what Arimidex does though...Does it prevent gyno? or fix it when it occurs? I'm assuming it is, and it's something I need to check for before taking it. ?

No. I guess I shouldn't call it trt because I'm not doing replacement therapy. i'm just doing testosterone. And I'm doing it to eventually stack other gear on to it. From my limited knowledge/understanding it's a good idea to have test as a base no matter what ever else you want to do (sarms, peptides, other anabolics etc). I seemingly found a source (online) to order from, and plan to share my experiences to here. I appreciate the feedback and advise.

Finally, know the fucking difference between an and AI and a SERM. Do the reading. Also understand your PCT plan and when you’re going to start (what day after your last injection). Shooting twice a week is just fine.

I’ve run plenty of test cycles w/out hcg and been just fine, it’s not a make it or break it. Your nuts will shrivel without it, so what? Not nearly as big of a deal as managing your estrogen or potentially crashing it with too much AI or not managing it and getting a lump without anything to attack it.

Test only is perfect for a first cycle and YES, test will be the base of ANY follow up cycle you run, no matter what else you choose to add.

Test 12-14 weeks, understanding and having AI, Nolva, Clomid (ancillaries) bloodwork and PCT plan

Eat, lift, sleep….abstain from booze.

Emex, just looking over your thread and seeing the date of when you started. So I’m wondering how’d it go for you and what did you finally end up doing during your first cycle?

You gotta remember the old steroid adage, "If two will make you big and strong, four will make you twice as big, twice as strong and twice as fast". Trust H&K here, as having more on hand is better.

^^^ Listen to S&D's advice here. You don't need to run sarms or anything else with your gear. Your first taste of test-only will make you grow like a weed. Save the other stuff for future cycles down the road.

An update on my first cycle.

Put in my order w a supplier in Dec 2022 i think it was. got my packages delivered in April.

It was a kind of a mess it got confiscated.

supplier was good about it shipped out my same order got to me in 2 weeks

Anyway, been busy, unfocused, but I'm ready to start now. fuckin finally.

A picture of what I have is attached.

I'm still trying to figure out some things...the size needles and were to inject.

Any advice would be appreciated.

We all know i'm green what can i say, we all gotta start somehere.

You probably would want to use 2 different needles every time you shoot. A 19 gauge 1" needle is good to draw with and you probably would want a 1.5" 23 or 25 gauge need to inject in your glutes. You might be able to get away with a 1" 23 or 25 gauge to inject in shoulders, but you need to make sure you get through the dermal layers and in to the muscle.

Also rotate locations. Don't inject in the same spot more than once a week. It'd be better if you inject in that spot every other week. And expect muscle soreness the first few times you inject in a spot. And make sure you wipe with a cottonball and alcohol the spot you're going to inject in to. Not everybody does this, but I think it's a good idea to take a shower before you pin yourself. The more you can reduce risk of an infection, the better (not that I think it's going to happen).

Looks good. I’m on TRT but once in awhile run a 10-12 week blast. I pin 3x per week. My body seems better with that.
Dex fucks me up so, I have to use exemestane. It screws me up if I take a half a pill at once. So I split them up between a quarter pill and it’s not so bad.

I use a 27g needle, both to draw and inject. It really isn't that slow. But I'm only doing trt doses atm.

Right same for me. I mean yeah it would suck if you’re like a 600 plus test a week or a big cycle drawing with a bigger needle would be the way to go
