Ok i was doing skullcrushes. I did my standard 2 sets of warmup but I did not take as serious as i ussally do so was pretty light wieghts. I then went straight to heavy and bam tricep torn. I been off it every since (friday) so does anyone know how long it takes i still feel it so i decided do something smart for once and let heal. How long should i wait. I m not talking about complete torn tri just partial torn.
