When training while on AAS!! Even though your strength is higher, your joints and tendons may not be fully acclimated to the additional stress you're putting them under and it's possible to injure yourself. I was training with my friend (Tigress) yesterday and was a little to aggressive with the 120's on inclines. I felt a slight tear/pull in my pec-delt tie in so I stopped training chest. I finished my biceps, calves and abs (BTW....she kicked my ass on calves) went home and iced the injury. Today is off (chest actually feels ok), Tuesday is legs and Wednesday is shoulders....hopefully all is well by then. Just a word of caution.

And it was an awesome feeling keeping up with a tank like you on calves, who would believe it? Too bad you hurt your chest, but it will be better soon, and in the meantime, you can work on those legs
Oh yeah...crying is for pussies...ahem, ahem...that's better.
