    hamstring exercises

I currently do leg curls and stiff legged dead lifts to work my Hamstrings. I HATE stiff legged dead lifts. My question is what are some good alternative exercises to work Hams? Thanks for the input.

I also do squats to work the hammies, but after the big butt thread I may stop that too.

I don't do any type of leg curls anymore, its just a useless exercise compared to the others out there. I rotate GHR, SL DL, and Vertical Leg press.

If you don't have access to an apparatus that allows you to do glute ham raises, substitute 'manual ham curls' in...

i remember reading an article that i found on google about a new technique for stiff legged deadlifts. if i find the link i'll be sure to post it.

basically it said to place 2 25lb plates on the floor touching each other underneath the bar, one weight in front of each foot. then, place your toes on the weights and your heels on the ground. while in this position perform the STDL's as you normally would. anyone tried this? i'm going to give it a shot myself.
