I've never attempted 2aDays for the scare of overtraining, but would it be possible on gear? I eat plenty and would up it to accomodate, but I have no idea how to even build that type of routine. Just curious what everyone's thoughts are.
Currently I'm 23, 190lbs, 10%BF.
I'm running 400mg/wk TestE / 400mg/wkTren
