I'm in the gym around 45 min - 1 hour depending on what body part or parts im doing.
I aim for about 45 mins but no more than an hour.
usually almost an hour and a half including cardio...........
30-45 minutes - weights
45 minutes-1 hour - cardio
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, THAT IS STRENGTH

45 - hour for me....
used to train up to three hours! Thats when i was training chest back arms day 1 and the rest of my body day 2. Man i was doing over 40 sets a workout!!!
Now i aim for an hour but some workouts can go as long as 1 1/2.
It takes me 1 1/2 hours to get thru my workouts, but then again I'm resting 3-4 min between sets.
If I take more than an hour to get through my workout then I am not lifting intensely enough.
around 45 min to an hour
ill stay as long as i can it gives me a break from all the other crap i have to put up with.
I try to aim for 45 mins to 1 hr max with half hour to 40 mins on top of that for cardio. Higher intensity, shorter workout. 30 seconds rest between sets when on my own, however long it takes until it's my turn again when training with partners.
around 45 minutes, very seldom more then a hour.
hour, hour and a half is usual. I remember one day in particular last year when my partner and I spent 2hrs 45 min on shoulders and arms, 6 sets per exercise 3 exercises per muscle group. that one sucked
usually an hour to 1 /12 depends on how long the breaks are.
always 45 min to an hour. Thats when test levels are at its peak. Any more then that and your wasting your time IMO as your body begins to release cortisol which can lead to muscle break down and not muscle building.
yeah the 4 days a week I do cardio I bring a pillow and sleep there.Originally Posted by Danielle

45-60 min. cardio 4x wk.
60-90 min. 5 or 6x a wk. weight training (depending on body part)
hour to hour and a half
More than hour has been linked to drop in hormone levels and higher catabolism. I try to keep it to 45 min.
Usually 60-90 mins, depends on what muscle I am working, and if I do an ab workout after lifting. Those are always the 90 minute days. If I had to stay in my gym longer than 90 mins, I would shoot myself!![]()
Im about 40 or 45 minutes. Sometimes longer depending on what im doing. THe question is, when on Juice how long do you lift for. I was at around an hour to an hour and a half.
Since I started my first cycle being going very high intensity--less sets and more weight. Average workout time has decreased from 1 hour to about 45 mins.
45 mins to an hour
45 minutes to an hour about 4 times a week, 1 direct workout on each body part per week. I train intense, I always go to faliure, at least on the last set of every exercise. I train on quality not quantity.
When I do one body part, it's usually 45 mins.
When I do 2 body parts, it's usually 1 hr.
When I do abs, it's an extra 15-20 mins added on to my workout.
i'd say an hour to an hour and a half but thats because i work out with 2 other people and we have to wait to use a machine...
Two hours, but includes 30-45 mins of cardio...![]()
ditto for me...an extra 15 minutes if I throw in some absOriginally Posted by jbigdog69
