Im also running 75mg of H-drol( so called "prohormone," whatever anyone who has used it knows its a legit steroid.) for 6 weeks, and 30 mg of epistane(another "prohormone" which is also legit) for 3 weeks.

Why? because those two orals are dirt cheap, legal, and still effective as any others. And they do not aromatize. And i got a great deal on the deca.

For what purpose? I plan on playing soccer, but i still want to cycle. Deca will supposedly help my joints, and the other two, why not. I dont want any water weight as it makes it very hard to run for an hour. And at 300mg/week, i highly doubt deca will cause significant water retention.

SO... I will let you know if my dick shrivels inside out or whatever, and if my liver implodes and kills 5 people within a 10 foot radius of me. Actually, i wont let you know if that happens, you just wont hear from me again. But i believe liver toxicity is largely exaggerated, and from looking at various peoples bloodwork, hdrol is very mild in that sense.

Until then, consider me the guinea pig. Alas, if i do get deca dick, i will prob. pick up some test, so its not a big worry. I remember reading this a while back when I was into pro-hormones.

A pro-hormone is a something that the body needs to turn into a "steroid" or better terms a synthetic hormone. It is based off a parent steroid.

However, when the body converts the pro-hormone into the active form it loses alot of potency and after it passes the liver twice the amount actually absorbed is probably 8-15% the power of the parent steroid.

So in reality while people make reasonably good gains of it, its not on the same playing field as actual steroids. Because with pro-hormones you get less gains and more sides (due to being an oral and having to be methylated or in some cases tri-meythlated in superdrol's case to survive the liver breakdown process) compared to the real stuff.


Nonetheless, more experienced members can tell you the risks of this cycle better than I can since I don't have experience with deca.

Listen man..... i ran deca by itself for my 1st cycle. I didn't know any better..... didn't even know about this site. The one thing i found out...... was that deca dick was real and it sucked. If i do get deca dick, i will start with test, not a big deal. I can live a while without sex, in fact, many people in the army do that for extended periods of time overseas.

No one else will do this, as XD40 stated, so maybe this can be a learning experience for all instead of a flame fest.

I have done quite a few cycles, using test, deca, eq, dbol, tbol, superdrol, hdrol, winstrol, and so forth, so i have a pretty good idea about how things affect my body. I will tell you that hdrol is about as effective as tbol, in my experience. So i would not consider it dumb. Plus, who puts the final say on what is or isnt an "official" steroid? I see no chemists in here. I have never seen dbol as cheap as hdrol, and it aromatizes, which i do not want. I started off using only real gear, but after using hdrol and superdrol and seeing great results, i decided that the whole "prohormone" label meant very little (not in all cases, however). If you think this cycle is "gay" or whatever, cool, because i am very concerned about your oppinion.

dude, deca dick is no joke. I;m not gunna argue or call u gay for it, but just honestly realize everyone on here who says run test with deca is saying that for a reason, theyve tried it and know. I dont care what other sources say online, first hand knowledge will show you how serious deca dick is.

1. i have seen dbol as cheap as hdrol.

2. i can tell you hdrol is not as good as tbol...ive done ph cycles...(epistane and pheraplex. not at the same time) so i know something about it.

I commend you on actually digging deeper on this issue and seeking knowledge. That does not state what a low dose is, although that seems to only be the abstract and the whole article probably does. I will check that out when i have time.

But, one cannot rely on one study, as it i common for studies to contradict each other. So i would suggest reading into a few.

I say pick up some test, run your deca only if sexual sides develop just go on an HRT type dosage of 100 or 200 mg a week. Nothing says you have to run lots of Test with deca. Hell at 150 mg of test a week you have probably 2 or 3 times as much test in you than normal.

and, you said you believe the toxicity in the liver is over exaderated (sp?) - the thing is, you can run this cycle and not "see" any sides - but because you arnt pissing blood or coughing up your liver doesn't mean there isn't damage done....

at LEAST go for bloodwork before and after and get your over all health checked out.

why not run TEST at a HRT dose 100mg-200mg/week. It wont harm you it will make you function better as a MALE because its the main male hormone. The only reason that i see someone not runin test atleast at a HRT dose is, someone who has no knowledge of steroids, or someone who is a women or who wants to be like a woman and not perform out male needs lol. Even if the deca does not effects you that much and does not give you those sides why not take test to make you feel even better because we know what test does for out bodies

Fireman, you are close, but not correct. I actually know nothing about steroids AND want to be a woman. That is why i am talking supraphysiologic doses of a male hormone.

I am a little more than 5 days into this cycle, as i started it 3 days before i first posted. I still have "morning wood" like usual. According to the graph found on this site about the effects of 100mg deca on testosterone plasma concentrations, i should be experiencing rather low levels of test in my system due to being shut down. Except i took 500mg my first shot. I am experiencing a notcible increase in acne.
