    Spring breakers, read this

    Well, it's that time of year again, when all the Spring Breakers sign up here looking for the easiest and quickest way to get shredded and huge for Spring Break in only a few weeks.

    The truth of the matter is that getting big, cut, having a beach body, or whatever your goals are, takes time and dedication. There are no short cuts to acquiring an impressive physique.

    Steroids are NOTmagic pills. Without serious and consistent diet and training you simply cannot expect to transform yourself from a flabby mess into a fitness model or the next Arnold in a matter of months before you hit the beach.

    Finally, hormonal manipulation is a serious matter, and while there are many benefits to their use, there are equally as many dangers to the uneducated user.

    That being said, if you're serious about dieting and training, you've come to the right place.

    Since many new users may feel intimidated by the site, or simply lack the ability to navigate it or use the search function, let me off you a few resources we have to offer:

    Props to you this post D. I'd like to add one thing.

    If you start your training now, by spring break '11 you'll need a stick to keep them away.

    Steroids won´t fix self-confidence problems.

    You are gonna be athe jacked up guy sitting in the corner while the ugly mofo is picking up on the girl you are looking at.

    It will help the symptoms of a greater condition, IMHO. Use of aas will simply put a band aid on the greater problem.

    If you are not happy with yourself aas will not solve that. Sure they will help.

    Actually, that's part of what makes steroids addictive to me... it's a boost in self confidence. But yea, you are probably right about the band aid thing, it's never a good idea to rely on a foreign chemical for your self confidence.

    Where did the winny only cycle idea come from? I have yet to hear about anybody actually getting "good" results from a Winstrol only cycle!

    haha true. i live in a common spring break area and its amazing how many guys i see with gyno and that are super jacked and you can tell they took somthing because there attitude is cocky.

    I am in Quan. Roo. The state that Cancun, Cozumel, Island of Women, Maya Riveria, Carmen Beach... I was diving off Island of women today and I sae pretty much what you always see, Good looking women with mediocare looking guys... Attitude trumps the physical, you made a great point.
