do you split it to 4 (ABCD) or to ABC?
and how many rest days a week?

same as you would naturally..just kick up the intensity..it will kick up itself if you are already intense
IF I DO ABC-REST-ABC(ONE DAY REST A WEEK WOULD IT BE ok?
DONT WANNA GET OVERTRAINING! DO YOU DO MORE THE 1 DAY REST A WEEK?
