i know weird title, but here is what i am looking for..
My shoulders are pretty strong.. but i am not a fan of my traps growing... but i love the way delts look.
Before i had it under control but i'm noticing my traps are slowly dominating.. and i do not want this..
My current shoulder wok out is as follows..
Lateral raise - front and side (10lbs each side)
Shoulder press with free weights (15lbs each side)
Reverse peak dec (37lbs -50lbs)
I usually do between 4-5 sets of 12 to 15 reps.
