    flexing?

    I often take 2 to 3 times a day wehre i find myself flexing my entire body and doing somewhat of a fake pose routine for 5 to 10 minutes sometimes, and to tell you the truth i end up giving myself a full body pump and really stretch out good when i do this. but is this counter productive to my workouts or recovery possibly making me overtrain my muscles. Thanks

    ^^it can be beneficial.

    The only way it'd be couterproductive would be if he was flexing against resistance.
