loose skin

Any advice on how to tight down loose skin on the addominal area, i still have 4 weeks

Itis all about genetics and if you have streched your skin out and you are not one of the lucky ones then you may have to have cosmetic work done. I had a male friend that weighed 350 lbs and had gastric bypass. He got down to 150 lbs (short and small statured to begin with) BUT had no loose skin from the huge weight loss>>one of the lucky ones. Check out Thermage, I know some folks that have had good luck w/it,And it is not invasive.>>Good Luck

I dont have that much loose skind problably like 3 inches, the main problem is on the back of my waist where my love handles used to be
