I lift in the morning before i go to work. I work all day as a carpenter and do jiu jitsu/mma at night. i really want to get my cardio up to a high level. I only have one "off day" and i usually still lift that day.
So i am maybe wanting to add cardio to my morning workout. I usually lift for an hour to an hour and a half.
So the question is will doing a half hour to fourty five minutes of modertate cardio make me too catabolic after lifting? I would do this 4-5 times a week. Should i maybe sip my pwo shake? I just cant seem to find the energy to do much after mma.
