I hurt my arm like four weeks ago and it's finally getting better. I had a sharp pain in my forearm everytime I did bi's and tri's. Now I just did shoulder today and fuck up the left side I felt it 15 min after I got back from the gym. Pain in my neck is the worst every time I turn my head it hurt or bend my neck. I rested and it feels much better and just put some tiger balm on it and there not much pain more soreness now then any thing.:![]()
