    Beginners plan 1st cycle

    28yrs old 5ft 4" 19% bodyfat 154lbs used to be 164lbs 6 weeks ago.
    weightlifting for 2yrs.

    After reading and researching I came up with this:

    My 1st cycle plan:
    week 1-8 = sustanon 250 once a week (every sunday). Have nolvadex in case of gyno.
    week 9 = HCG 3000iu (sunday) w/ nolvadex 20mg everyday
    PCT:
    week 10-11 = nolvadex 20mg everyday
    week 12 = nolvadex 10mg everyday
    Have nolvadex in case of gyno.
    Any corrections, opinions and suggestions will be appreciated.

    I think most will say to run sust for at least 10 weeks. Others may tell you to put more mass on naturally. Also most will tell you to shoot sust every 2nd or 3rd day.

    How much are you taking per week?

    250mg to be safe!

    Bro, you don't want to hit 3000iu of HCG at once for this cycle in week 9.

    Look into HCG for PCT as well as what to do during cycle...You'll find your dosages can be lower but more frequent than 1 time.

    That dosage all at once would be inviting estrogenic sides and since you only mentioned Nolvadex, you aren't going to have much firepower in the arsenal to fight the estrogenic sides/flux.

    friend at 19% BF u need to cut that before u juice. Take Clen and do cardio.

    Cardio and a good clean diet is what is needed here, reduce your bf by 5/6% before starting your cycle..

    once you are in condition to cycle, note that you should wait 21 days after the cycle to begin pct when using sust, not as you have listed.

    I think the key here is research- cycle is not set out right, your bf is to high, your pct needs work. Use the search function button and look for first cycles and read, go to the pct section and read, also go to the diet section and read and do some cardio and drop the bf before even considering cycling.
