im running a tren/prop cycle and i wanted to get some opinions on my diet.
current: 22 yeard old. 6'1. 212lbs. bf 12%
goal: 220-225lbs bf under 10%
i will be consuming somewhere along the lines of 4000-4500 calories daily with at least 300g of protein. my main question is since i am trying to lean out while putting on mass should i have a low, high or moderate intake of carbs? my diet will be low fat and i will be doing cardio for 10-15 minutes after every work out (5 times/week).
