i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. i just started and need a good rutine, or a place to find one. diet stress and cardio have lost me 90 lbs, now i want to keep in the fitniss zone but need a real workout. my goals are strength , a solid and tone form. I am not looking to be huge just a little more then fit. i need legstrength for balance(for kendo) and have always wanted my short sleaves to hug my arms hehe thank you
