Starting my workouts again after a long time off. Got in a relationship, got comfortable, and basically let myself go in terms of conditioning. Been back at it for about a month now and it looks like body is rebounding nicely.
I basically maintained a lot of my size, but lost my definition and put on a ton of fat. This happened once before in college - where I got up to my current fat peak (about 215-220) and I was able to get back down to about 185-190 in 3 months or so. Looking to do that again this time - and possibly go even more lean. I'm about 5'10" and have a big frame.
Have basically been dieting / working out / cardio for about two weeks. I'm down about 10 lbs.
Looking for meal plans / supplements / cardio routines that will help me reach my desired goals (<10% BF).
I've HGH before and it worked great - so I'm thinking of using that again, along with Winstrol, and either ephedra or xenodrine to help me. I'd plan on starting the growth soon and doing ~ 6 months.
Anyone have any suggestions on ways to take it? I'm trying to lean out currently - I'm content with my size.
