Thurs-Shoulders/Calves
Fri-Arms
Sat-Cardio/Abs
Sun-Cardio/Abs
My traps/calves are lacking the most so I am hitting them twice a week! Let me know what you guys think of this.Also I am doing a clean bulk atm.
