Ok guys I did a little search but couldn't find a whole lot to my answer. When do you guys think is the best time to do cardio? I usally like to do a hard 40 min's before my workout just becuase I am to tired after. I go to the gym Mon-Fri and start every work out with cardio and take the weekends off. I am trying to bring the BF% down. Keep in mind I am on a very strict high protien diet. I have seen results so far with the what I am doing but I want to know when is the best time to do cardio to help ge the best results. Thanks!
