Welcome! If you also want some diet help then go to the "Diet Questions" forum and post up what you eat and how much and when you eat. The more specific the better. This way you cover both bases. Training and diet.

    Gould,
Can you post up your work out? If your training is on point I would point to your diet. In the diet section the members there can hook you right up. Post your diet there and workout here and everyone will get you fixed up.

On second thought...yeah just post that whole program. At least post the weekly schedule, and post the workout for a body part or two so we can get an idea about what sort of lifting you are doing.

EAT BRO! I used to have to pound 1000 calorie mass building shakes...not anymore though or it ends up as fat...

But yeah, post in the diet section and you will get plenty of help with that.

What rep ranges are you working in?

fortunatley... growing is a science.. a rough science, but a science none the less.. if you are not growing, you are not eating enough or at the right times.. a simple post of your current diet as well as you stats and goals in the diet section will give you a world of advice that most professionals would charge hundreds for..

Are you using big compound lifts like the squat deadlift, bench and military presses? If you answer is no or every so often right there you have it. One of the biggest mistakes I see in beginners is that they overlook these exercises for ones that they are better at as to not feel weak. I suggest that you work on your weaknesses and do the lifts that you are worst at.

FOOD .... My biggest problem as well. It's tough to pack in a sh!t load of food, day after day. Someone on this forum said "Calories are the bricks that build your foundation". No extra calories, no gains.

Too many factors to determine without knowing your diet, training routine, sleep schedule, etc. I've been training teenagers and this has been the biggest issue with them as well. Even my 16yr old son who is 6'2 185-190lbs has difficulty gaining weight and the only knock on him from major D1 colleges is his lack of size at his position (inside/middle linebacker). So we put together a eating schedule for him that includes waking up at 230am and drinking a shake. He gets between 10-12hrs of sleep a day and it seems to be working for him.

Head over to the diet section and start asking some questions and doing some diet research. This is the right place to find all your answers.
