Been lifting off and on my whole life but
lifting last 3 months hard wanting to start my first cycle ever soon. I have been using the p90x and really enjoy it. I look forward to putting on the videos. I have been lifting weights at the gym every other day but ive been told to stop the videos cause that program is for losing weight and I obviously need to put weight on. Was wanting to see what you guys think and if anyone ever really used this p90x or are people just hating on the program
