    P90x?

    170 lbs
    37 yrs old
    Been lifting off and on my whole life but
    lifting last 3 months hard wanting to start my first cycle ever soon. I have been using the p90x and really enjoy it. I look forward to putting on the videos. I have been lifting weights at the gym every other day but ive been told to stop the videos cause that program is for losing weight and I obviously need to put weight on. Was wanting to see what you guys think and if anyone ever really used this p90x or are people just hating on the program

    I have only seen overweight people do this program, however I thinks its a great cardio workout! If you are looking to lose BF, I think it would be ok. But for bulking, not a good idea.

    I downloaded it, never did anything except for the "ab ripper" which really pays off for improving how your abs look if u do it every second day or so and do the exercises properly with good form. I think the routine is just over 15 min and its an insane burn!

    Thanks guys, I think im going to make a little hybrid work out. For some reason I dig the videos and look forword to the different work outs, but dont get me wrong im still hitting the weights. But like today, I know I did 100 push ups and pull up and a ton of bar dips etc, I guess it motivates me but I still hit the weight bench just to move some iron around the gym
