Bone(s) near my elbow are a bit achy when doing flat bench press.

I dont know, maybe its because im not warmed enough? But it kind of feels like the elbow can't sustain the weight and it's like shaky/ready to collapse. As I am pushing up, slight bone aches when doing up.

My stats today for flat dumbbell bench were 70lbs 10 reps, 9 reps, and 5 reps. Its like my joints/bones cant support the weight. And Even when I go super slow, my bones still ache/feel wierd.
My warm up consists of 3 sets of 10 with 30 pound dumbbells. and then 1 set of 8 with 45 pound dumbbell(flat bench) then 3 minutes rest and i go into the 70 pound flat bench.

Its getting on my nerves because i dont feel it much in my chest anymore, and when i go up, it feels like the strength is coming from my elbow/triceps.

Maybe form is a problem? I will get someone at the gym to record me next week when I flat bench to check the form.. But I am wondering if anyone has ever experienced this before... =/

My guess is perhaps im not warmed up enough, but i dont get it, but i am worried that there is only so much warm ups i can do before it starts wearing down my muscles and i wont be at "full strength" when i start my workout. I dont know =[

How long have you been training? Do you take any joint supplements?

As always checking with a physician before adding supplements is the best idea but I used to have minor joint pain and I began taking high doses of omega 3's and it's helped. Some of the benefits are:

The benefits of omega-3s include reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke while helping to reduce symptoms of hypertension, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), joint pain and other rheumatoid problems, as well as certain skin ailments.

prolly just over training bro. I used to be a sprinter and soccer player i was really skinny. I had 2 different forms of tendonitis. You just gotta be patient and lower your intensity on certain exercises. What ****ed my elbows up was doing a ton of skull crushers with lots of weight. Now I cant even do skull crushers without my tendons there hurting, well at least i havnt done them in awhile...

I found the problem that was causing my elbow to be achey. I got the same thing when benching. But I figured out because i have long arms. if the dumbbells are to close together or hands are not wide enough when benching, this is what causes my aches.. with wider grip benching(middle finger on that ring of barbbell instead of pinky) I go down to my chest and no elbow acheing!!!

but if i use closer grip such as pink on the ring of barbell, then i will get elbow pain.(to close grip.. my long arms cant handle it)

so if anyone ever has this problem, try using wider grip and it will fix it.. just like it did to me...

    proper technique
    good warmups

those make sense. it doesn't hurt to take some supplements.
I'm always preaching about the benefits of MSM... 5 grams/day for life.
And recently, I've been taking powder (oral) hyuarlonic acid.

what i'm finding is that the solution is usually never just one thing, but a combination of things, and never a complete solution.

I have also observed for most blokes, once a joint begins to become a problem, then it never really truly goes away. It may go into remission for awhile, but it can flare up at any time, which is another reason I always take the MSM.

Ive found that if I take a few days off from lifting when my joints hurt cuz I get the same thing as you sometimes, but if I take a couple days off then come back to it they dont hurt anymore. My joints havent felt achey in probably a year now.
