I started at 214 went down to 207 (4weeks) and in 1 week i am at 217??? Wtf?
Currently my macros are the following 2170/p330/c167/f72 = 2636cals not 2170.. Ur math is wrong..
my revised macros 1985/p275/147/49 =2129cals going to try this for a week and see how it goes?
The last thing i need is more weight for crist sake.
