Ok guys...keep this one bumped.
Im gonna spend my entire summer May 17- August 14 doing some natural bulking. I will keep my weight posted once a week while fielding any and all questions. All I will be taking is creatine and protein. Below are the supplements listed, along with my weekly workout schedule. I will keep any strength gains posted if you like. This should be a decent example for any youth to follow, because im 21 years old!! Not quite ready for gear so here we gooooo.![]()

2 sets *6 reps of 65 lbs
2 sets *6 reps of 70 lbs (failure at 70 lbs on 6th rep)
