Ok So I just finished my first cycle....YAY ME! started cyc at 172 lbs, and now I am finished at 183 lbs. I made HUGE strength gains! more so from the Test Prop than the 400. I can say that if your thinking of trying Test 400 I wouldn't recommend it, slow slow gains can be a bit frustrating, but as soon as the prop hit the system I was on cloud 9! I am about to start my PCT today.
So since this was a test only cycle at a relatively low dose:
week 1-10: Test 400, 1ml weekly
week 11-13: Test prop, 1ml every other day
PCT: HCG 250iu x2/wk from day 7 up until 10 days prior to PCT
Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day
I am wondering, I know a lot of people are saying for PCT Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20.
But a couple of my friends said that is waaay too much of an aggressive PCT for what I was taking.... any additional points? :P

makes me frustrated that people tell me I am supposed to get 20-30 lbs of muscle on first cyc and yet I am here with only 10.... could it be that my body just didn't react much with the 400 as some may have?
