and indeed that is one nice f ing booty! LOL
I did no cardio in my program and ate like I have never ate before and still kept a 6/8ish pack, but there is solid gains of strength there.
I ended on 3 week prop so the 400 is purely out of my system as of yesterday. being 21 days. and last prop was on sunday.
Hopefully I do keep these 10 lbs. Next cycle I am not gonna do long esters, I felt the shorter one had more of an effect on me :P
