Well it sounds to me like your a beginner, in which case as a trainer in your gym to show you the principles behind cardio weight training and apply them 3 times per week, with just cardo in the other days. Its an old routine but it works fine.
do each in cycles....get big...then cut up....Its really hard for me to gain any kind of muscle when cutting, but you can preserve the muscle you do have.
