I been on trt for a month at 100mg every Monday. Been taking adex .25mg ed and I been on raloxifene for minor gyno about 3 weeks. I quit taking about 4 days prior to blood draw.

Main question is my libido feels better but still pretty low, and I still get pretty weak erections but before I didn't get any at all..
Yet my test levels are very high, feels more like there around 500

Why does your endo have you on 0.25mg ed at only 100mg test per week? Most people don't need that much AI on 5 times that amount of test.

Also, what exactly is the question?

The question being why is my test so high but I still have symptoms and feel like it's alot lower.. I don't have an endo it's just an internal Dr and he doesn't know what the **** he's doing I guess.. Now I have health insurance I will start process of seeing endo. I'm only taking the .25 adex ed cus my nipples are painful and tender and I feel small bumps underneath, once or if that goes away how much adex should I do ed

at 100mg test you should not need any AI and you are taking alot of it your E2 is very low then you feel like shit and have no libido.

remove AI from our protocol.
get BW done in a month and adjust from there.

The thing is I feel good. I've crashed my estrogen before and know what it feels like. Should I test estrogen to be safe?

If you have no blood work to show your E2, it's a crap shoot. A TRT protocol needs to be dialed in via blood work, then you can fine tune from there if need be.

There is no way you can take a total of 3.5mg of Adex weekly with only 100mg of test and not have shut down your E2. Even if morbidly obese, I still think that's extreme. People on cycle don't even use that much.

I aromatize more than most it seems and I use 1mg of Adex per week with 100mg of test.

Last thought. You get your Adex with a script or you buying online somewhere?

Unless I'm missing something, isn't he only on about 1 pill per week? He said .25 eod. That wouldn't be 3.5mg.

I read it wrong but we both wrong lol. .25 every day (I was thinking .5), so he taking 1.75mg per week, still high in my opinion. He may be a big guy though, which could make it more reasonable...

Ok, cool . Thanks! I questioned it because I'm on .25 twice a week and I only take 50mg of test twice a week. When you said he is taking too much for his dose I was nervous that I was maybe taking too much too. I'm due for a blood draw to see where my e2 is at anyway. Good deal!

It's important to recognize that there's no such thing as a dose of a particular AI that goes with a set dose of testosterone. This is often something that's hard for people to understand. We here our friend is taking X amount of testosterone and X amount of AI and he's doing great, so we automatically assume we need the same amount of testosterone and/or AI. Each individual is unique and as a result, what each man needs is unique. For example, you and I take almost the exact same amount of testosterone, you take 50mg twice a week and I take 60mg twice a week. I don't know how much HCG you're using but I use 500 2x/wk. You take 0.25mg twice a wk of anastrozole, I take 0mg. Is my estradiol high? No, it sits right around 19-22.

Again, there are no set in stone rules. I can't tell you how many guys I've seen get follow up blood work done and they're estradiol is below 10 despite taking anywhere from 100-200mg of testosterone per week. They'll start testosterone and their estradiol is even lower than before they started, this does happen. And 99.9999% of the time it's because the individual was convinced that he needed X amount of AI with his set amount of testosterone and so he goes out and gets X amount. And then he's confused and upset about how he's feeling. Happens every single day.

I would say I've received a few hundred emails in the last year where guys have had told me that they read on a message board that they need this or that much AI with this or that much testosterone. And sometimes they do and just as often they don't.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here and I'm not sure if it's doing any good. I simply wish people, at least with out doctors, would listen to their doctor and do what the doctor has told them to do rather than second guessing and pulling info and protocols from all over the place and doing what they want. It creates a mess.

You need to make your changes based on blood work. Get your E2 checked first, then go from there.

And believe me, if I can get off of the AI, I will. The less drugs the better. The only reason I went on it is because I had severe nipple issues and my 6 week test showed I was high. The doctor put me on it. However, even with the small amount I was prescribed, after a month, I have lost my morning erections. Nipple issues gone, but so are the erections. So, now I have to pay to get another test to figure out if I'm crashed.

I would have stopped taking it a while ago too if my nipples weren't so tender and sore. They still are otherwise I would have stopped. They have been sore for about 6 weeks now tho

I take about 70mg of test every 3 days. 2.5mg of liquid stane at bedtime. Rock hard erections at night almost a nuisance. When i dont take the stane, the libido drops.
