I would definitely switch it to a regular deadlift. Do stiff-legs with your normal hamstring workout if you want to keep on doing them.

i dont do hamstrings on leg day cuz i just feel to tired after doing squats, leg press, and hack squats and then calves. if i put regular dead lifts on back day would that be good for my hamstrings and also lower back? if it isnt very good for hamstrings ill just keep doin stiff leg on back day also does stiff leg deadlift work the lower back somewhat good?

I would say no... you need to get a hamstring day in there... and yes it does target you lower back some.. but not enough to call it good on your lower back either.

i understand where you're coming from, but thats almost like not doing tricep when you do arms. It doesn't make sense.

    Do Hams on leg day!

    Just my 2 cents...
