    Angry Aching wrists

I have been training real hard lately. I am starting get some occasional aching and/or clicking in my right wrist. I hurt when I was a kid playing basketball. Does anybody have any advice on how to protect these wrists from injury (i.e. exercises to avoid)

don't close grip bench, and on pressing movements, use wraps, also, when you do any biceps movements, release your grip on the bar slowly after the set

Now that's what I call good advice! Also: Ice your wrists and take some anti-inflammatory pills.

I use wrist wraps every day in the gym, they help alittle, but I have pain like you have, unfortunately I've had mine for years and its not going away, kinda just something you have to deal with cause lifting is always gonna aggravate it.
