Deadlifts 2x5
rack deadlifts 2x5
shrugs 2x5
Simple and to the point. Throw in some rows and you've got a complete back workout.
Up right rows. Stand straight up. Use a straight bar. Hold with palms inward and pull up to chin without bending or bouncing knees. Lower back down to normal hanging position.
