I just started my cycle a week ago so I have stepped it up to working out each body part twice per week. I am doing the Arnold workout. It required 2 exercises per body part twice per week. Everything is going good except for my arms. My chest, back, legs, etc... are really taking off, but my arms or lagging. (and yes, my arms are my genetic weak point)
I just wanted to get some advice on how to really blast my arms and try to make them bigger. Any advice???
