i like 3exercises and 3heavy sets (4-6) for big froups and 2exercise 3sets of 4-6 also, i find that any higher my intensity starts to lack.

I usually do 4-5 exercises of 8-10 reps has worked great for me, for my next routine though I'm switch to 6-8 reps heavier weight for more mass.
for bigger body parts i do 4 exercises 3-4 sets, and for smaller bodyparts usually 3 exercies 2-3 sets. You must train instinctively!![]()
