so as suggested i am going all out on my workouts, at least the first two exercises... max weight( in good form) and then i start to go less weight more reps on the rest of the work out, and i alternate the first two exercises weekly, so even share on all the muscles...
but i went insane on the shoulders last night, and my traps are in deep pain, only traps... nothing else, but some serious pain.... can't look anywhere but streight.... so what to do
do i do legs today, but even that is risky i cant really move freely, do i just chill, but this will last more then a day, i cant take off 2-3 days... do i work around the muscle.. i am at the stage where i am annoyed if i dont get the pump...
what is the right thing to do, dont want to get injured...
