Hi beenie,

Actually, the thing is, I decided to stop the cardio...but...well I'm not really sure. I've just felt a little shitty the past two weeks or so, so I decided to take a break from the cardio, but I'm not sure if it's just a break, or I'm stopping it for good (for now).

However, when I was doing cardio, I would take my own pulse, and it was always between 130-150 (somewhere along those lines) and yes it would stay fairly constant for about 30 minutes or so. I never do treadmill though, it would hurt my legs real fast. So I stuck to bike and stairmaster. But even after doing all that cardio (for about 2 months) my weight stayed constant. My strength wasn't really affected.

I've been thinking of just dumping the cardio, and just sticking with weight lifting, which is what I have been doing for the past 2 years. My weight has always stayed around 182.5 pounds (give or take about 5 pounds). It keeps going up and down. But still it stays steady.

So, I was guessing (i'm not sure if this is true or not), but if I keep doing bodybuilding, and my muscles keep getting bigger, and I keep getting stronger, and my weight still stays the same, then doesn't that mean that slowly my body fat is actually going down? And being replaced my muscle???

So let me know what you think

thnx
