i am currently working out 4 days a week in the morning, only. I have to do weights and cardio. I know that I should do weights first, but how can I get the best benefits from cardio in the morning when I do both at the same time, considering that I eat breakfast. What should my first meal constist of? Also does anyone know how long it take for the body to use the food you feed it, becuase I usually eat right before the gym in the morning, basically i roll out of bed eat, and head out. Today I start my first dose of clen!!!
