i weigh about 170 and i just too have abs but recinetly in teh last year i havent done that much cardio or sit ups and standing up i have about 1 inch of fat when i pench my stomace just wondering if running and sit ups and right nutrtion was the answer to getting the abs and i just started running and doing sit up again today i ran for about 15 minutes came home did sit ups till it burnt acouple sets and i was wondering if i should run and do sit ups again later tonight THX
