A huge weightlifter told me at 35 LB's, flys start turning into dumbell
press's. He said it's due to the stress on the elbow joint. He said he didn't
gain any muscle. He now benches 355 LB's. He used to do flies. He
said flies are a waste. Is it possible to use more than 35 LB's for flies
without excessive bending of elbows?
