Hey guys,

I'm not a newbie to training. I'm 39 years old, 6'4", 220 lbs of mostly muscle, have been training for 25 of those years, were a professional athlete, soldier, etc. blah blah - point is, I'm hard core, disciplined, and not afraid to train like a cray-ass.

Thing is, I'm new to AS and HGH. Given my age, I need some juice now (hence my username) - I'm sick and tired of going it "pure", shall we say? Plus, aging is a royal BITCH!!!

I've read this board - and let me say, this is a SICK GREAT board, btw - for the past week or so, plus a ton of other articles, and have learned a tremendous amount from you all distinguished veterans. I knew what I needed
going in, but now I need some help validating my conclusions.

Here's what I'm thinking of doing:

Cycle - 12 weeks:
5 IUs per day of somatropin 2x2.5 IUs (AM and PM)
100 mg Test Propionate EOD
1 ml of Melanotan II ED before bedtime (1 month on, 1 month off)
1 mg Arimidex ED
100 mcg Clen ED

PCT - 6 weeks:
40 mg Nolvadex ED (dropping to 20)
200 mgs Clomid (dropping to 100 and 50)

Questions are:

1. Do I need to add Deca or D-bol to this cycle? Is that really important here?

2. What is better for the cycle above? Arimidex, Nolvadex, or Aromasin during the cycle? I assumed the first one based on what I've read. Although Aromasin looked really good..

3. For PCT, should I use Nolvadex or Letrozole? Letrozole looks to be far stronger - should I use that in the cycle instead of Arimidex or Aromasin? I'm confused on these 4 AIs.

4. Should I add IGF-1 LR3 to my cycle? Some posts indicate this is completely useless - is that true?

5. Are there any dietary considerations here? I take protein twice a day, eat my dose of carbs, etc. - but I'm curious if there's SPECIFIC diets I should consider when on the juice, how much to eat, how many times a day, etc. Also related, can I drink alcohol and eat sweets once in a while while on the cycle above? I'm not big on those, but sometimes girls will make us to consume both, right?

I hope I can get some answers and pointers. Many thanks,

-Marco
