    Thanks, Charger.

    I do want to get some hard, lean muscle mass also out of this, so that's why I added Test to the mix, and added the Clen to aid in burning fat faster.

    Should I cycle the Clen 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off type thing?

    Can you also suggest syringe gauge/size for the Test shots? I'm thinking of 29g 1 cc slin injs for the GH.

    Also, is there a specific reason you suggested 75 mg ED instead of 100mg EOD for the Test Prop?

    Anyone else care to comment on the IGF1-LR3 question? Should I look into some other kind of IGF?

    Once I start, I plan on posting my progress once a week. I'll start a new thread on that. Best...

    Can you also suggest syringe gauge/size for the Test shots? I'm thinking of 29g 1 cc slin injs for the GH. yeah 29g 1cc is good for HGH, for prop i use 23g 1 1/4 inch for quads and glutes 1 inch but not all way in for delts, bis, tris, peks and calfs

    Also, is there a specific reason you suggested 75 mg ED instead of 100mg EOD for the Test Prop?Prop is better shot ed then eod and also at 75mg you end up with 525mg a week which is a good amount for a first cycle imo.

    Anyone else care to comment on the IGF1-LR3 question? Should I look into some other kind of IGF? I have been researching IGF-1 for awhile and have posted a discusion on it with some studies, and i will be using IGF-1 LR3 soon unless someone can talk me out of it.. lol

    Answers in bold, just remember to rotate injection sites regulary try to give each area a week off, its hard with prop which is ed injections espcially bis, tris, peks, calfs. Maybe practice before you start with B12 or get your wife or gf to help you.

    Ohh one more thing have you considered adding some t4 to your hgh, have a read of this as well mate.

    Another dumb question: do I HAVE To shoot delts or if I find 7 sites, and rotate those 7 sites then it's all good? IOW is the IM nature also localized? Or the results will be spread evenly no matter where I shoot.

    I'm trying to understand if I have to actually shoot all my muscle groups that I'm working or just rotate sites every 7 days. Thanks and again, my apologies for the really basic questions.

    Yeah there is no localized growth from shooting specific muscles with prop. Does not really matter which muscles you shot you just rotate to avoid scar tissue eg mon quad, tue calf, wed bi, thur tri, fri glute, sat pek, sun lat. then next week do the oposite muscles so your other leg and arm.

    There is a few sites which have pictures and explantions on how to shoot each muscle, look it up on google if you need to.

    Awesome, thanks again Charger. I'll rotate that way when I introduce Test prop to my cycle, which now will be 10 weeks in.
