Ok, here it goes.
31 year old male
280 lbs.
6'4"
I have been overweight most of my life. I am in a great need of slimming down and getting things going the right way. Contrary to my weight, i hate to eat. I eat, once a day, and I realize that is a problem in itself. When i do eat, I eat terrible.
Eating breakfast makes me sick. Like ready to vomit sick. I have tried prescription weight loss pills such as Phentremine and got down to 240 at one point. I am now back up between 270-280. I have never been a lifter. I am very athletic, but can't get over the hump.
I work out Mon-Fri. 30 minutes of cardio on an elliptical, 45 min. of raquetball, and finish off with 30-45 minutes of sauna.
I also play softball 2 nights a week, and most every Saturday. Like I said, i am active, but still not the results I am looking for.
I need to know what to do, where to start, how???
This is all very new to me. I need a basic workout. i need a basic diet. I jsut need help.
